Yosemite High School (YHS) is currently developing its WASC Self-Study report for the visiting committee that will be here on March 22-25, 2015. This process has been a collaborative effort between YHS staff, students and community stakeholders where we've taken an introspective look at our programs and processes to identify our student's critical learner needs. Our student's critical learner needs are:

Our student's critical learner needs are:
- Students need to be able to read, write, speak and listen proficiently.
- Students need to be able to think critically using math and science to solve real-world problems.
- Students need to use technology ethically and proficiently and be able to apply that knowledge to complete assignment and solve problems.

- Students need to have basic and emotional needs met.

- YHS students are critical and creative thinkers that can use math proficiently to solve problems.
- YHS students are able to access post-secondary educational opportunities or competitively seek employment opportunities after high school.
- YHS students access and utilize technology effectively to complete assignments, and communicate, collaborate and solve problems.
- YHS students are healthy and resilient and are able to maintain physical and emotional balance in their lives and access community supports.
